Events

My base rate for events is $300. This includes travel to and from venues within greater Hobart, digital capture fee, an hour of shooting, one hour of editing and all of the files in a digital format suitable for social media within 48 hours. If the event is longer this translates to more photos and therefore more editing. Additional time is charged in $50 per half hour increments. Quarter hour increments will be rounded up.

Assuming that I have already received a running sheet or been given instructions in regards to specific shots required I will arrive 15 minutes before the event is scheduled to begin. If there has not been an opportunity to give me shoot requirements prior to the event I can arrive at an earlier specified time. If images are intended for print this will entail additional editing and time and will be charged accordingly.
